Pasta and beans in tomato sauce
Instructions
If you use dried beans, leave them in the water for 12 hours.
Boil the beans with celery.
Separately fry the onion with the beat of lard and oil, add the tomatoes, salt and a pinch of pepper.
Boil the pasta.
When cooked, mix and add the chilli.
Serve hot.

- 1000 g of fresh beans (1/3 if dried beans)
- 500 g of mixed paste type pulp
- 100 g of bacon beat
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 500 g of ripe tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 costa of celery
- 1 sprig of marjoram
- Salt
- Pepper
- Hot pepper
