Fresh pasta with squid
Instructions
Prepare the dough.
Sauté the garlic with the chilli, combine the squid cleaned and cut into rings and season.
Add the tomatoes, salt, parsley, and a little cooking water from the pasta, Cook for 15 minutes.
Drain the pasta and toss in the pan.

- 1 clove of chili
