Night pasta
Instructions
While the pasta is cooking, FRY in a pan the tuna with oil and olive paste.
When everything is well browned and chopped add the bechamel sauce and cream; Cook a few more minutes and add to taste a pinch of red pepper or nutmeg.
Drain the pasta into the Pan and drizzle blowing on the fire.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of type pasta pasta
- 200 g of bechamel
- 200 g of cream
- 150 g of tuna in olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of olive paste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pinch of red chili (optional)
- 1 pinch of nutmeg (optional)
