Wash the potatoes and place in a saucepan covered with salted cold water.
Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
Drain the potatoes and place them on a buttered baking sheet.
Finish cooking in the oven at 180 degrees.
Serve well-heated potatoes with butter and salt.
Each diner will open the half and condirà with butter at room temperature and salt according to your taste.
