Potatoes with caviar
Instructions
00158 POTATOES with CAVIAR INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 Kg potatoes, 100 g of whipped cream, natural yoghurt 1, 50 g of caviar, salt and pepper.
Choose potatoes of equal measure, place them in water with salt and cook until they are tender, drain and let cool to be able to peel easily.
Once peeled dug within each.
Mix the cream with yogurt, flavored with salt and pepper.
Filled with the prepared potatoes and on top you put caviar.
