Instructions

Peel the potatoes, boil them for about 12 minutes in salted water.

Drain and cut into slices, put them in a pan greased with butter, layered, covering each layer with melted butter, a little milk, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

Cover the last layer with Parmesan cheese and 2 cups of cream.

Pass in a hot oven to Brown.

Serve piping hot.
