Potatoes in pan
Instructions
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces, cut into thin slices pancetta.
In a pan heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil and a knob of butter and combine the potatoes and Bacon and cook over moderate heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally with a wooden paddle.
As soon as the potatoes are lightly browned, season with salt, with the purpose of Marjoram and cook them covered and sweet fire, for 20 minutes.
