The liver paté
Instructions
In a pan heat 50 g butter, chopped onion, half insaporitevi some thyme leaves and the livers for 2 minutes.
Sprinkle with the Marsala wine, add salt, pepper and 3 minutes after power off.
Chop the livers and add 100 g of melted butter cooled.
When the mixture has become soft add brandy and whipped cream.
Cool 6 hours in the refrigerator

- 400 g of chicken livers
- 150 g of butter
- 1/2 onion
- Thyme
- 2 tablespoons of marsala wine
- 1 tablespoon of brandy
- 2 tablespoons of whipped
- Salt
- Pepper
