Penne with peppers (2)
Instructions
Roast the peppers, Peel and remove seeds and filaments.
Cut them into chunks.
Sauté 1 clove garlic in 4 tablespoons of olive oil, then add the anchovies and let dissolve.
Add the peppers and olives pitted and coarsely chopped.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook over low heat.
Meanwhile, boil the penne, drain and add to the pan with the sauce of peppers.
To add a lively fire.
Sprinkle with chopped Basil and serve.
