Penne alla crema di olive
Instructions

Finely chop the olives and ricotta and mix chopped onion, then mix with 6 tablespoons of good olive oil and add freshly ground pepper.
Season the pasta with this cream and serve.

- 180 g of fresh ricotta
- 120 g of pitted black olives
- 1/2 chopped onion
- Olive oil
