Penne with potatoes and arugula
Instructions
Sauté some onion leaf and the clove of garlic in oil, add the previously peeled potatoes and cut into cubes, season with salt and pepper, then add the tomato sauce.
The sauce will be ready when the potatoes are cooked.
Boil pasta and Arugula in salted water, drain and dress with the sauce.
