Penne with Zucchini (Penne con Zucchine)
Instructions
Cut the zucchini into very thin slices and cook for 15 minutes with 50 g of butter and a pinch of salt, stirring often.
Add half the Parmesan, cream and cottage cheese, mix, mixing well and keep warm in a double boiler.
Cook pasta, drain and dress with the zucchini and ricotta mixture, stir quickly, sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan and serve hot.

- 400 g of type pasta penne
- 3 zucchini
- 20 cl of cream
- 50 g of butter
- 150 g of piedmontese ricotta cheese (or ricotta romana)
- 60 g of grana
- 1 pinch of salt
