Pennette with onion cream
Instructions
Peel the onions, cut them into quarters and then in thin slices; Let them Brown, low flame in a pan with the butter for 5 minutes.
Add a pinch of salt, the warm milk, cover and cook at low heat for 20 minutes, stirring; Sprinkle with a pinch of paprika and parsley and thyme, chopped fine; remove from heat and keep aside.
Meanwhile, Cook the pasta in a pot with boiling salted water and cook them al dente.
Put the dough into the pan with the onions and add the grated cheese; put the pan on the fire and let flavour all together for a few seconds at medium flame.
Transferred the preparation on a heated serving dish and serve immediately.
