Pennette rigate with salmon, fragrant herbs and vodka
Instructions
Saute chopped shallots in olive oil, add the sliced salmon and bathed with vodka.
Let it evaporate, add the cream, herbs, lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and remove from heat.
Cook the pennette rigate in salted water, drain and dress with the sauce.
