Instructions
Wash and dry the anglerfish.
Pass the slices in a veil of flour.
Melt in saucepan 1 60 g butter; as soon as Hazel, place fish slices and Brown on both sides.
Season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with the juice of the lemons and oranges and Cook, covered for 15 minutes.
