Sword fish bain-marie
Instructions
Cut the swordfish into eight slices rather thin.
Arrange them then in a cocotta with oil below and above, adding the garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Place the flour with water on the edge of cocotta so that placing above the lid cannot get steam.
