Chicken breasts with sesame
Instructions
Fillet the chicken, flour it lightly, salt and cook in a little olive oil.
When the fillets are golden on both sides, remove them from the oil and run fast in sesame seeds that you can spread on a plate.
Bring it back on the heat, sprinkle with the orange juice and let it evaporate in bright flame.
Add the orange peel, cut into strips and serve.

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 orange (juice and zest)
- 6 tablespoons of sesame seeds
- Salt
- Little of olive oil
- Flour
