Instructions
Form a compound composed of garlic and shredded ham to and with it the Turkey Breast; place over heat a saucepan and bring it to the right.
Enter the chest and FRY on all sides, add wine and cover with the lid and cook for an hour.
When serving sprinkle with Tarragon.

- Garlic
- Tarragon
- White wine
