Instructions
Dissolve the yeast in warm water, add 2 tablespoons of flour to make a soft batter and let rise 1 hour.
Place remaining flour fountain and to focus the eggs, 30 g of lard, salt, zest and leavened dough.
Work well the dough.
Add sugar and mix some more.
With lard grease a mould doughnut and settle the dough and allow it to rise for 4 hours.
Bake at 200 degrees and after 10 minutes down to 170 degrees.
Cook for 1 hour.

- 350 g of 00 flour
- 100 g of sugar
- 35 g of lard
- 25 g of brewer's yeast
- 3 eggs
- 1 orange (zest)
- == 1 lemon (zest)
- Salt
