Gorgonzola pizza
Instructions
Work 400 g of bread dough with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a generous pinch of white pepper.
Divide the dough into two pieces.
With the first line a baking pan lightly greased with oil.
Pour chopped 300 g of gorgonzola.
Cover with the second part of dough.
Close the edges of pizza and make some holes on the surface.
Go for 20 minutes in the oven already warm to 200 degrees.
Serve lukewarm.
