Coi & bacon pizza
Instructions
Knead the yeast, dissolved in 25 cl of lukewarm water with flour, just enough to form a dough.
Let it rise, covered, in a warm place.
Make fountain with the remaining flour and combine the stick of yeast, a pinch of salt, & Bacon, cheese, olive oil.
Distribute the dough in soletti with hole or soletti without hole, cord type on either side of diddly.
Leave to rise.
Bake in the oven already warm until it reaches, on the surface, a golden coloration.
