Pizza with belgian endive
Instructions
Peel and wash the salad by discarding the Central Cone and small leaves that are the most loving.
In a pan heat two tablespoons of olive oil and Brown the chopped onion and garlic.
Add the sliced and peeled the Endive.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Add salt and continue cooking for another 20 minutes, adding a little warm water if necessary.
When the Endive will be completely dried, add the cream, stir, let thicken and turn off.
In a roasting pan just oiled or lined with parchment paper, roll out the dough, spread the mixture on top of Endive and cook in preheated oven at 220 degrees for 20 minutes.

- 100 g of peeled tomatoes
