Polenta with beans and sausage
Instructions
Boil the beans in lightly salted water.
Meanwhile polenta prepared by pouring the flour slowly to rain in half a liter of boiling water, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon for about an hour.
Add well drained beans and mix.
Cut the sausage into slices and FRY in a pan with olive oil.
Add the sausage to the polenta and stir.
Served hot.

- 200 g of dried beans
- Sausage with chili
- 10 cl of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
