Instructions

For the Octopus: clean, wash and cut into pieces the Octopus and cook it in a pot with boiling water and salt.

Meanwhile, wash, clean and cut into squares the courgette.

When almost all the water of the polyp will be evaporated, add the courgette.

Cook for 10-15 minutes.

Season with salt and sprinkle with pepper 1 handful.

To serve: when cooked, add the lemon juice and parsley in abundance.

Serve hot.
