Instructions
Clean the chicken and cut it into 4-6 pieces.
Cut an onion into small pieces.
Fry the onion in a pan in which you've poured a little olive oil.
Add chicken, salt, pepper and spices.
Cover with water and cook until the meat becomes tender.
Cut four pieces of medium onions.
Let them FRY until they become golden brown.
When the chicken is cooked, drain the water and put it in a baking pan and add a chopped onion.
Let it warm up in the oven.
Meanwhile prepare the bread on which adagerete the chicken ready to be served.
Cut the bread into slices and rub hands together with fried onions.
Therefore, posatevi the chicken and serve.
