Chicken with Mushrooms (Pollo con Funghi)
Instructions
Cut the chicken into eight pieces and saute it in butter to fire.
Sprinkle them lightly with flour and pour in the vessel shortly after a tbsp of broth and wine.
Half-cooked add the sliced mushrooms, salt and pepper.
Cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Served piping hot.

- 1 chicken
- 300 g of fresh mushrooms
- 50 g of butter
- Flour
- 1 tbsp of broth
- 1 tbsp of dry white wine
- Salt
- Pepper
