Chicken with mushrooms and leeks
Instructions
Clean and wash the mushrooms then divide them in half and sauté them for 4/5 minutes with 2 tablespoons oil and a clove of garlic; then put them aside.
Fiammeggiate chicken, wash it and dry it then cut it into pieces.
Put it to fry in a pan with melted butter.
When it has browned add salt, add a teaspoon of paprika and then sprayed with half a glass of Calvados.
Cover, lower the heat and cook for about 45 minutes, adding a little warm broth if the preparation were to dry excessively.
Meanwhile, Peel the leek, wash them and cut them to pieces of a couple of inches, then add them to the chicken toward the end of cooking.
After about 10 minutes together even the mushrooms and cream, season it for 5 minutes and serve.

- 1 500 g chicken already cleaned
- 500 g of mushrooms
- 200 g of cream
- 50 g of butter
- 4 small leeks
- Garlic
- Calvados
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Paprika
