Chicken with plums
Instructions
Wash the chicken both outside and inside, and dry it with paper towels.
Remove excess fat and cut the chicken in half.
Put it in a pan large along with leeks, water and spices and bring to a boil.
Lower the heat and simmer over low heat without cover for 90 minutes, eliminating the foam occasionally.
Discard bay leaf and parsley.
Remove the two halves of the chicken and let cool.
Dice flesh by removing the skin and bones.
Put the chicken into the pot along with the pepper and plums and let them warm up.

- 1 chicken from 1200 g
- 2 leeks sliced
- 50 cl of water
- 1 leaf of laurel
- 1 teaspoon of fresh thyme leaves
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 12 drained plums
- 2 tablespoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
