Instructions

Cut the chicken into pieces and put to cook in a nonstick pan.

When will be well browned on both sides, sprinkle with salt, pepper and a little bit of herbs.

After the chicken fat is completely dry, place it in a baking dish, add other herbs and sprinkle with white wine and beer.

Finish cooking and serve.
