Instructions

APPETIZER for 6 PEOPLE INGREDIENTS ice, 240 g of good quality caviar, 2 eggs, 2 small onions, bread, butter.

There are special containers of caviar made from a Silver Cup, with a support, on which sits a Crystal Bowl that serves to contain caviar.

Silver Cup goes prepared finely chopped ice.

To get the shaved ice, you can use the special tool to crank, or put ice cubes in a towel and crush it with a meat mallet until it is shredded finely.

After placing the crushed ice in the Silver Cup, fits support and on this there is a Crystal Bowl that must remain submerged for half in the ice.

After doing the above operation, you have the caviar in the bowl and passed to the next stages, as follows.

Shelled eggs, which in the meantime have made firm immersing them in boiling water and cook them for 10 minutes (the time is calculated after the resumption of boil water) and cool under running water.

Chop the spring onions and put them on an oval plate.

Divide in half boiled eggs, separate the egg whites from the yolks and chop both finely.

Place the chopped eggs on oval saucer.

Then toast the slices of bread cut into triangles and place them on a plate, in the middle of a towel or wrapped in the same, so that you keep warm.

Finally prepared butter curls;
