Crusted chicken
Instructions
Empty 1 900 g chicken, cut the head, neck and legs, flame it, wash it and dry it well.
Then salt inside and out and place them on a baking dish from the oven.
Idea to surround it with 100 g and 60 g of carrots turnips cut into sticks, 100 g of green beans and 100 g of shelled peas, sliced onions and 2 4 heads of lettuce cut into 4 parts.
Add salt, add a pinch of sugar and 30 g of butter in tassels.
Cover everything with 1 puff pastry disc and pass in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, cover with tinfoil and place in the oven for another 25 minutes.

- 2 heads of lettuce salad
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 30 g of fiocchetti butter
- Disc 1 of puff pastry
