Chicken in salsa
Instructions
Cut the chicken into pieces already gutted, wash it and dry it.
Sauté in butter with salt and pepper.
Combine 1 tablespoon flour and often turn it back around by adding a few tablespoons of broth.
Beat the egg yolks with lemon juice and pour over the chicken after about 40 minutes.
Stir well and continue cooking in oven for a few minutes.

- 100 g of butter
