Meatballs with spinach
Instructions
In a bowl combine breadcrumbs, thyme, parsley, egg, meat and chopped onion and cooked in a little oil.
Season with salt and add the milk to obtain a homogeneous compound.
Get 4 meatballs, place them in a buttered baking dish, sprinkle with butter flakes and bake in hot oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Boil for 15 minutes spinach in salted water, drain and season with butter and Parmesan cheese.
Serve with dumplings.

- 350 g of spinach
- 1 onion
- 250 g of minced beef
- 40 g of breadcrumbs
