Chicken meatballs
Instructions
Mix ground ham and chicken, 1 egg, parmesan, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Form meatballs moisten hands as big as an egg to flatten slightly.
Passed first in the beaten egg with a pinch of salt and then in the breadcrumbs.
FRY in hot oil and serve hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of already boiled chicken breast
- 150 g of ham
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- Frying oil
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- Pepper
- Salt
