Meatloaf with hard boiled egg
Instructions
The two types of minced meat and collect them in a large bowl, combine the bread crumbs soaked in milk, well squeezed and crushed, fresh eggs and finely chopped shallots.
Mix the ingredients together and sprinkle the mixture with salt and pepper and a good ground.
Incorporate the ingredients added and keep on stirring until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Transfer it on the countertop and summarily modellatelo cloth, forming a central cavity; inside this place four boiled eggs not in shell, one row to another, and cover with the mixture, in order to obtain a cylindrical shape regular meatloaf.
Place them in a buttered ovenproof dish well and pass in the oven already hot (180 degrees) for 45 minutes, taking care to turn it from time to time, delicately, so that colorisca uniformly from every side.
When finished, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let rest for a few minutes, then transfer it to a serving dish and serve sliced with a side of butter peas or other vegetables to taste.

- 400 g of pork pulp
- 300 g of beef pulp
- 100 g of breadcrumbs
- 1 shallot
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 4 hardboiled eggs
- 2 fresh eggs
- 30 g of butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Peas in butter
