Cheese meatloaf
Instructions
In a bowl mix together the ground beef, ricotta cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg, parsley and Parmesan.
With this compound formed a meatloaf (not too flat) and pass then in plenty of breadcrumbs so that the entire surface is completely covered.
Place them in a pan without adding any fat, and let it bake.
Check with a toothpick the doneness.
Is very good both hot, with a side of baked potato, that cold, served with a fresh green salad or mixed.
Perfect for those on a diet.
Ingredients and dosing for 5 persons
- 500 g of minced pork
- 300 g of ricotta
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Nutmeg
- 1 bunch of chopped fresh parsley
- Abundant of grated parmesan cheese
- Abundant of breadcrumbs
