Tomatoes with Mint (2)
Instructions
Cut tomatoes in half, remove seeds, salt and leave them upside down to lose water.
Mix in a bowl the minced garlic, mint, olive oil, bread crumbs and Parmesan.
Fill the tomatoes with the mixture, place in a greased baking and cover them with aluminum foil.
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, remove the foil and cook for another 15 minutes.

- 8 tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 10 leaves of mint
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
