Tomatoes in baking dish
Instructions
Slice the tomatoes and onions.
Beat the eggs with the salt, pepper and cream.
In a buttered baking dish arrange a layer of onions, Gruyère cheese, tomatoes and cheese again.
Continue until you run out of ingredients.
Sprinkle with chopped Basil and pour in the egg mixture.
Bake at 200 for about 30 minutes.

- 6 ripe tomatoes
- 4 onions
- 200 g of gruyere cheese
- 190 g of cooking cream
- 3 eggs
- Basil
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
