Stuffed tomatoes with cheese
Instructions
Halve the tomatoes, remove the seeds and allow to drain the water inside.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling by mixing the eggs in a bowl with the Parmesan, garlic and parsley, oil, salt and pepper, adding, if necessary, a little bread crumbs, thus creating a soft compound.
Fill the tomatoes with the stuffing and place them on a baking tray, drizzle with oil and Bake until the surface is golden well.
