Frosted baked leeks with soft cheese fondue
Instructions
Cook leeks, baked with oil, salt, green pepper, white wine and water.
Open them in half and let them Cook another 10 minutes.
Cook cheese with Leek flavor and a bit of milk for 10 minutes in a water bath.
Then pour the fondue obtained on leeks and serve.

- Leeks
- Green pepper
- 1/2 cup of white wine

- For the fondue:
- 50 g of taleggio cheese
- 50 g of fontina cheese
- 50 g of robiola cheese
- 5 cl of cream
