Mashed peas (2)
Instructions
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
Wash the lettuce and reduce it into strips.
Boil the peas, lettuce and potatoes in a saucepan with lightly salted water, for 20 minutes.
At the end of the cooking time, move the Mashers and pour the puree in saucepan.
Dilute with a little water, if necessary, adjust salt, bring to a boil, then add the cream, stir and serve, finishing with the chopped parsley.

- 300 g of shelled peas
- 200 g of potato
- 1 heart of lettuce salad
- 3 tablespoons of fresh cream
- Parsley
