Queso frito
Instructions
Sheep cheese cut into eight equal-sized rectangular slices and sprinkle them with salt and pepper.
In a bowl mix the egg yolk, chopped garlic and herbs and spread the mixture on both sides of the pieces of cheese.
Toss them in flour, then in beaten egg, making sure that the flour you soak well.
Fry the breaded cheese in a pan with hot oil for 2-3 minutes.
Remove the pieces from the bowl with Golden well a skimmer and drain on absorbent kitchen paper.
Serve very hot.

- 250 g of sheep cheese (queso)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 3 tablespoons of mixed chopped herbs (thyme, sage)
- 1 cup of flour
- 4 cloves of garlic
- == 1 whole egg
- 1 egg yolk
- Frying oil
