Instructions
Let macerate the basil leaves and lemon peel (yellow part only) with alcohol, making sure to stir frequently.
After 6 days filtered and add the white wine that you took care to choose very good.
Strain again and consumed fresh.
If you love the fragrances of aromatic herbs, this liquor as well as lifting from difficult and digestions airs and graces, will delight you.
Take two glasses per day after meals.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 50 g of neutral alcohol to 96 degrees
- 100 cl of dry white wine
- 40 g of fresh basil leaves
- 20 g of lemon zest
