Carefully wash raspberries, puree through a sieve and place in a saucepan.
Pour in the wine and bring to a boil, then simmer about an hour and then put in a cool place for 48 hours.
After these two days filtered, add sugar and simmer on medium heat for 20-30 minutes stirring constantly.
Let cool and strain again, bottled and kept in a cool place.
He already served as an aperitif or to accompany dessert.
