Instructions
Blanched peas in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes, then drain and keep aside.
Cubettini cut the bacon and let it season in some tablespoons oil along with the slightly crushed cloves of garlic, and peas.
As soon as the garlic takes color remove, wet with wine and let it evaporate, add salt and pepper and continue cooking for 10 minutes on low flame.
Meanwhile boil the Queens in boiling salted water until al dente, drain and put them in the pan with the bacon.
When done on the fire for a few seconds with a seasoning ground fresh pepper and grated Parmesan.
You can add bacon a few tablespoons of cream.

- 400 g of type pasta queens
- 200 g of large diced bacon
- 10 g of shelled peas
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- A few tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- 1 handful of pepper
- A few tablespoons of cream (optional)
