Rigatoni with Basil (2)
Instructions
Cook pasta al dente and dress with plenty of oil, half of the chopped Basil and 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs.
In a baking dish to tall put a little oil and a layer of tomatoes and cut into slices, sprinkle with chopped basil, olive oil and salt.
Place one layer of noodles and another of tomatoes with olive oil, salt and Basil over each layer of tomatoes.
Finish with a layer of tomatoes, abundant, and place in oven for 45 minutes.

- 600 g of type pasta rigatoni
- 1000 g of tomatoes
- 1 sprig of basil
- 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
- Olive oil
- Salt
