Rigatoni with potatoes
Instructions
Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water.
When almost cooked add the rigatoni and ruta.
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil, add the tomatoes, salt and cook until the sauce is thick.
Drain the pasta, potatoes and ruta and pay it into a bowl, drizzle with the sauce, sprinkle with cheese and serve immediately.

- 400 g of type rigatoni pasta
- 400 g of potatoes
- 100 g of ruta
- 500 g of peeled
- 1 onion
- 1/2 shot of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- 50 g of grated pecorino cheese
