Rice with cabbage
Instructions
Clean cabbage, be scalded in boiling water for a few minutes, drain and chop it.
Cook the ribs for 20 minutes in boiling water, then drain.
Prepare a chopped carrot, celery, onion and sauté in olive oil, add the chops and brown them, then add the cabbage and the broth.
Add salt, pepper and cook slowly for 20 minutes.
Add the rice and cook for another 15 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
