Rice with pomegranate
Instructions
In a pan add butter make the finely sliced chives.
Add the diced ham, stir, pour the rice, stirring constantly, add the wine.
Let it evaporate and continue cooking slowly adding the hot broth.
Five minutes before end of cooking add the Apple, cut into small cubes.
Check the salt, pepper and remove from heat add grains of Pomegranate.
Serve with grated cheese.

- 1 pomegranate
- 400 g of rice
- 150 g of smoked ham
- 50 g of butter

- 1/2 cup of white wine
