Boil the rice in salted water.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan, Saute peeled garlic in oil, then delete it and add the sausage, peeled and chopped, turning it Brown.
In another pan melt the butter and pour the eggs slightly beaten with a pinch of salt and pepper.
To thicken, stirring with a fork.
Drain the rice al dente; put it in a bowl, season with scrambled eggs and sausage and gravy.
Mix well and serve.
